Cancellation policy
Events no longer than 2 hours (e.g. meetups):
- Cancellations between 3 and 6 work days before the event’s start will be charged at 50% of the full fee (or minimum £150) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellations within 72 hours before the event’s start will be charge at 100% of the full fee (or minimum £300) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
Events longer than 2 hours, but less than 5 hours:
- Cancellations between 5 and 15 work days before the event’s start will be charged at 50% of the full fee (or minimum £150) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellations within 4 work days or less before the event’s start will be charge at 100% of the full fee (or minimum £300) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
All-day events (e.g. conferences):
- Cancellations between 11 and 20 work days before the event’s start will be charged at 50% of the full fee (or minimum £250) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellations within 10 work days or less before the event’s start will be charge at 100% of the full fee (or minimum £500) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
Outside of UK:
Events no longer than 2 hours outside of UK:
- Cancellations between 3 and 14 work days before the event’s start will be charged at 50% of the full fee (or minimum £150). Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellations within 72 hours before the event’s start will be charge at 100% of the full fee (or minimum £300). Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
All-day events outside of UK:
- Cancellations between 15 and 30 work days before the event’s start will be charged at 50% of the full fee (or minimum £250) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellations within 14 work days or less before the event’s start will be charge at 100% of the full fee (or minimum £500) . Any upfront deposit is non refundable.
