The main purpose for this UX for Change event is to support Charities Aid Foundation’s mission on becoming digital as they redefine their user experience, with a keen interest on how to bring the charities they host to the heart of everything.
They would like to look into how they can tell a more emotional story, in contrast to the current purely transactional experience that they provide.
CAF is a 90 year old charity committed to finding the most effective and efficient ways to connect donors to the cause that matters most to them and for money to get where it’s needed.
Be ready to get hands-on by helping propose different approaches to the challenge of embedding emotional design into their website.
