Leadership is Context Management

Leadership is developing relationships in context – to be able to do that, we need to manage context well. As we operate in so many different contexts, playing many different roles – sometimes at the same time – things may become overwhelming:

Who am I and what do I want?

Can become a really difficult question! If we are in a leadership role, we want to show up in a way so that all of us know who we are, and what we want and in today’s typical business contexts leadership is supposed to give significant input and guidance.

Olaf will take us through a simple, practical exercise that we can integrate into our growth practice as leaders, to help focus our attention and grow our awareness.
