It seems there is a huge spectrum in how we each perceive a good deal, but how informed are these buying decisions? Could there be other factors at work? In this presentation Kris introduces some of the concepts of how we perceive value and make those all important buying decisions, while looking at ethical ways to use this knowledge to make our online shops more effective.
